"The Raptors announced that they have recalled Dwight Buycks from the Bakersfield Jam. Buycks has appeared in 12 games for the Raptors this season recording a total of 41 points, 10 assists, 20 rebounds and six steals in 121 minutes."
Article also made mention of Blue as posted earlier on here. Hopefully DJO gets a shot soon as he is playing very good on the D-League affiliate of the Brooklyn Nets, who are not very good.

Even though the nets aren't good they won't move d will or pierce so DJO wouldn't get any time.

Never know when an injury could strike, and looking at their depth chart they only have two shooting guards, so DJO could be a third string.

Hopefully he gets a shot. I always appreciated what he gave to Marquette. One of the more fiery competitors to ever wear the Blue and Gold.
DJO was easilly my favorite player when he was here.
That 2011 team with Crowder, DJO, Butler, Fulce and Buycks was so much fun to watch. They were the perfect Buzz Williams team; hard-workers that that earned every minute of playing time. Teams hated playing them because they would work every second of every game.

Fun is not the word I'd use to describe most of that season. They get worked at home by St. John's and Cincy, then get run out of the gym at Hall to end the season. Made the dance by the skin of their teeth. Luckily, they figured it out then.
Kinda hoping this year's group can have a similar revival.

DJO is game for any NBA team to pick up. The nets do not own his rights. Only players on their 15 man roster get protected by the nets. The rest are affiliated with strictly the D league team. DJO is currently rated the 10th best D league player available and he has been there for a couple games.

Where was Buycks ranked?

4 out 5 have played in an NBA game. That's pretty impressive.

Wasn't Vander, Buycks, Otule, Gardner and Jamil Wilson also on that team? Even though Otule was hurt and Wilson was a redshirt, the AL might have had 6 or 7 (8?) guys that will log NBA minutes (when all is said and done) on that team!!

Let's not get carried away. Neither Otule or Gardner is going to see a NBA regular season game. Vander and Wilson are both longshots at this point. So at best I'd say 5 could see time in a NBA uniform (which is still pretty damn impressive).
