Title: Fischer/Stone
Post by: Aircraftcarrier on January 10, 2014, 01:53:42 PM
If MU lands Stone, there will not be to many teams that will be able to match the Fischer/Stone duo in the country if any at all. With Wilson,Johnson,Hill,Burton,Cohen,Noskowiak and Shayok,Marquette could be scary good.Add a lights out shooter and they will be very tough to beat.

Agreed. We do need to get the Otule Plan applied to De. Wilson so we can have him for a year to feed the post with Fischer and Stone.

Could you imagine that team if Ellenson joined them.Ellenson plays on the perimeter as a stretch 4.Ellenson is going to Wisconsin though. That is why I would like Schwartz.6'8" shooter.

Adding a lights out shooter seems to be a little more difficult than it may appear, but I'm with you.....why not?

Haha, I like your thinking.  Derrick will have a semester to feed Fishcer.  That is, if he isn't too busy hitting threes.

He certainly would, but he's not coming.

Most would succumb to the occasional dark thought, but you, Willie, always search until you find that ray of sunshine.

Is Schwartz a lights out shooter?  Is this thread a setup to push for Schwartz?  Who does Schwartz squeeze out?  Watson? Charles Matthews? Stone?  Or do we renig on the offer to Nick?

Why is he not coming? Buzz is a much better coach than Bo, and develops NCAA talent.
