MU players would dive for loose balls? Ya, that was awesome

Not to start a long thread on this, but I did notice this once last night later in the game with JaJuan Johnson and his lack of effort on a loose ball.  It makes me wonder if this is part of the reason he isn't seeing as many minutes as many of us would hope.

Hey, or cut the net down with a switchblade?

Glad you brought this up. It's a pretty good indication of how soft they are. Derrick was the only one who did that last night.

This Warriors of 2013-14, seem to be a team without an edge. This, in turn, is causing us fans/Scoopers to become very edgy, and is making their already edgy coach, much more edgy (if that is possible).

One would think that all the edginess created by this team, without an edge, would, in time, create an edgy backlash, thus making the Warriors team finally edgy enough to dive for loose balls and win games down the stretch.

When the team finally becomes edgy enough to win, then the rest of us will become less edgy, if not relaxed, except for Coach Williams, who will remain edgy and keep his staff and extended family members diving for loose balls.  :)

I like how you really cut to the point.

I blame it on the lack of altitude chambers and Tae Kwon Do in practice

Need more JUCO's with something to prove.

Made a topic about this a while ago.  I agree that we are lacking these type of guys.  We did get great talent in the JUCO ranks, but Jimmy, Jae, DJO, and Buycks were true warriors too.  Remember when people used to complain incessantly about Dwight Buycks?  He would be the best player on the team by a long shot right now.

This is the best. JUCO's JUCOs. Possessive Plural noun.

Ummmm I remember Mayo diving for a ball out of bounds against Xavier (and having Stainbrook land on him).

I remember Jamil jumping over a row of seats to save a ball against DePaul.  Jake dived for two against DePaul as well.

Juan always dives for a loose ball.

And these are just from the last two games.
