Title: Juan Anderson
Post by: BCHoopster on January 09, 2014, 11:26:50 PM
I really have pulled for the kid to improve, showed a little bit earlier in the year, but just does not have it.  Time to let him sit at the end of the bench and watch.  Need to keep playing the 3
freshman more and more.  Derrick maybe solid on a good team, this is not a good team.  Rather live and die with Dawson, let him play 30 minutes.  Buzz made a comment about Aaron Craft, but Aaron is surrounded by really good players.  Juan, Derick and Chris should never be in the game at the same time.  Got to give X credit, they made like 4 threes in a row in the last 4 minutes.  This game in the long run might help this team.  They can score, finally it is really sad to see such a talent like Jamil go to waste.  Buzz should just tell him to shot every time down
and be aggressive on the O end, he is way to passive.

took a nice and obvious charge that was called a block in a tie game that swung the momentum.

Coaches don't think this way.

+1  Huge call and a terrible one.

Agree, but that shouldn't be a problem going forward. Juan and Chris shouldn't get more than 25 minutes a game total, so they never (or almost never) will need to play together. Derrick is fine.

You have decreed it so!

Would it be possible for Juan to become homesick again after the season?

As others have suggested, homesick is really a state of mind and doesnt necessarily mean home sick.  He could transfer to Maine and feel more at home, even though he is further from Cali.  ;)

I really think Maine might fit his abilities and I could see him being more at "home" there  ;D
