Tuffer team won
Let me fly out of the gym on every shot fake!!
Go drown yourself.
Somebody better go and tell Jamil and Buzz that River rat on Muscoop is not pulling for Jamil any more

The knock all along against Jamil is he is soft. He has done nothing to change this. As a Senior leader he pulls an absolute no show in arguably the biggest game of the season. This team needs a senoir leader and he mentally bails on the season.
If you can't pull for Marquette student athletes then you have problems.

So you're no longer pulling for him? You want him to fail? You won't support him as an MU player?
WTF is the point of this post?

River rat wants winners!!!
Maybe you could pull your Johnson instead? He wasn't much of a factor tonight either.
wow. speaking of soft... can't even be a man and keep your original posts.
There have been some stupid threads. I've even started a few myself.
But this has got to be Top 10. Seriously.

By the way, I thought of you recently as I was reading Colson Whitehead's
The Intuitionist."There will be no redemption because the men who run this place do not want redemption. They want to be as near to hell as they can."
I thought it captured your libertarian existentialism rather well. Welcome back, Jamie. Truly.

I saw that the striped tomato has made a return to the IU scout board. That board is kind of dead, but Crean definitely needs someone to defend him. The 4 guys still posting there are tearing him up.

by my count he had 3 butt fouls just horrible....

Everytime you call Chicos by what I presume to be his given name, I can't help but picture him as this...

If Chicos is right and that's where the real IU fans go (as opposed to Peegs, which is all MU, PU and UK fans), TC is a lot more popular in Milwaukee, West Lafayette and Lexington than he is in Bloomington. Big debate there is whether TC is as good a coach as immortals Doc Watson and Mike Davis. LOL
At least they didn't choke like dogs.

Chicos will appear anytime MU loses or his favorite program is winning or needs defending.

You "joined" in December...LOL. What is this, username 4 or 5 now.
No Lenny, neither Peegs or Scout are the IU boards most fans visit. And yes, since I know one of the former moderators at rivals for IU, he got tired of PU, UK and MU fans going over there posing as IU fans. It's one of the reasons he quit.
Back to River Rat, your 15 posts have been interesting, that is for sure. You've certainly hit a few off your instep and fouled them off.
This has been a tough year...we're supposed to win the Big East, maybe go to the Final Four from what I read from a number of folks here. I thought we might have some PG issues, and general issues with youth at key spots. Sometimes you can't believe the experts. The good news is that we still have time to recover, but it is fast ticking away. Since you brought up IU, I believe most IU fans know losing 4 of your best 5 players is going to hurt your team. Too young at key spots...sound familiar...should, same deal MU is dealing with. That's why I never understood why MU was picked as highly as they were. You mentioned the other day about "knowledgable" IU fans and I had to laugh. The knowledgable ones know exactly that this year is going as they thought. Very similar to the 89-90 IU squad...if you know your history and what happened in 88-89 vs 89-90 you would understand the reference. I suspect you may not.
Well, I'll be pulling for IU tomorrow against PSU and DJ Newbill...imagine him on this MU squad right now? If only he had "applied" with that paperwork. I'll also be cheering for MU vs Seton Hall. Perhaps both teams can get on a little rebound this year. One is playing as expected, the other considerably below expectations (though honestly, not that surprising to me).
Have a good one River Rat.

I think my favorite is watching MU fans here say how smart and great IU fans are on some of these other sites because they take shots at a former coach...except those same IU fans also are ripping Luke Fischer to shreds, make statements like LaPhonso Ellis designed MU uniforms in the 1970's, don't know what the RSCI is, can't remember back 3 years ago, etc.. I guess they are right on the one item and wrong on the others.
Fans....a funny bunch....

I agree. I find their snide comments about Bobby Knight to be, well, unbecoming.

Can I ask, why, out of all the posts about players, coaches, the Xavier game, etc over the last 24 hours, you only choose to respond to these types/subjects of posts?
