I just saw that they won at Kansas.
There is already a thread on this which I'm sure you missed because it was moved to the Superbar.

I wonder why. SDSU is an MU loss that doesn't look so bad now. This fact seems relevant to MU basketball and our chances of making the post season. but hey, that's just me.
It is rather relevant to MU basketball..........................

That loss never looked bad. What made that game bad was another missed opportunity for a nice win.
it just may be more relevant to MU's chance of making the post-season if MU looks good than the team's that beat MU looking good...

Pretty sure an unwritten rule was created earlier in the season where it was decided that all updates on teams MU played go to the superbar. There was too much tension between the usual suspects on the use of new threads to keep people up to date on our former opponents.

Not necessarily "all updates", just all "X beat[ing] Y", and score update type threads. A general discussion about how a former opponent is doing very wells seems fair game for staying here.
Our best win is currently over George Washington who beat Creighton, is 12-2, and a top 30 RPI team at this point.
Steve Fischer has built a solid program down there. I would never downplay SDSU as anything but a high quality adversary.
It is remarkable that the game against Kansas represented SDSU's 104th straight win without a loss when leading with 5:00 left in the game. That is insane.
