Throw in the towel on this season.
Start the freshmen (or at least give them the lion's share of the minutes) so that they can work on improving their game. They can get some practice against real opponents rather than cupcakes. Consequently, the coaching staff will have more game tape to go over with them. These freshmen seem to have high ceilings--the sooner those ceilings are reached, the better. At the very least, we will see some more tea-bag dunks from Bane "the Body Bag" Burton, which will make losing more entertaining.
If the others stop working hard in practice as a result, then so be it. Pragmatism over principle in this case.

Even if this seems logical, coaches simply don't think like this two games into an 18-game conference season.
Well, I will probably go out and get a cup of coffee here in Seattle then ponder the future...

Keefe, I'm coming for coffee with you regardless if we win or not against DePaul.

I basically agree with this. Buzz should ask himself what the best team would be at the start of the Big East tournament? My answer would be starting JJJ, Burton, Juan and Jamil. Jamil could start at power forward, center or point. I still think Juan should start at point, but I suppose I would give Dawson a shot at it first. I would love to see a backcout of Juan and JJJ. Their size and qucikness should lead to steals and fast breal baskets.

Man, this is great. I was thinking along the lines of "our at-large bid is gone with a DePaul loss, might as well focus on next season." But if we start the freshmen now, maybe after 16 games of BE play, they'll be ready to make a run in the BE tourney and we can steal a bid from some other conference.
keefe, you really gotta cut out making posts w/ less than half naked girls on it. We all know how to use the internet to find those. No need to post them on scoop, where ya know, some people read while at work.
Simple request.

Respectfully, minus a brazillion(that is a number as well as a style of personal hygiene)
Keep it coming Keefe, I think they have been tastefully done. Thank you. Coffee anyone?
Yeah ... I can go for a cup about now.
funny, I never took Keefe to be a coffee guy, seemed like more of a tea-bagger to me. :-* (no politics.)
I kinda like the keefe's thoughts, breaks up otherwise depressing comments
It appears there will be a large number of alums joining Keefe for some coffee in Seattle at a cafe of his recommendation.......
It's obvious the coffee in the NW comes out HOT!
