Someone doesn't understand the definition of front court.

Buzz Williams Coach's decision.
In addition, how many fouls and turnovers?

Back court, chief.
Look on the bright side. If you told me our talentless starting guards would play 65 minutes and we'd only lose by 6 I'd say things went better than expected.
chapman
Solid point.
I think the Badgers did a better job respecting Wilson. Derrick had 10+ points the last few games because the other teams literally didn't guard him. Jake was denied all game and he took only 1 contested shot all game. He can't create and is very weak going to the basket. Just a bad combo out there today. It's hard for the offense to get anything going when Derrick, Thomas, and Anderson are out there at the same time. All three are too tentative and all don't take it to the basket strong. Brust was giving Anderson 5 feet which made it difficult to feed the post from the wing. I think Juan needs to be more aggressive and take a few long range shots at the beginning of games. They don't get many good looks anyway with the starting lineup.
sorry I said front court... back court... abysmal performance from the back court...
when has a team ever won with 3 pts, 2 assists from the back court?
Scary, but until Buzz develops somebody other than De Wilson and Jake Thomas, this team is lucky to be .500
39 minutes by the PG, 1 assist. 26 minutes by SG, 1 shot. They wouldn't start for Grambling St. I'm serious.
Let's not act like 6 points was the real outcome. Three meaningless 3s down the stretch made it look closer.

I agree. We will win very few games with output like that from the starting guards.

Extreme hyperbole here

Then let's take away all of their free throws and we get to...a 6 point loss!
And yeah, because Derrick struggled with his 10 assists against Grambling and Jake struggled with his 4/7 shooting against Grambling. Makes sense kid.

One need not resort to dopey exaggeration to make one's point about Derrick and Jake being inadequate.
