Title: Subscribed Schedule (.ics) for iPhone
Post by: IrishWarrior on November 27, 2013, 09:19:14 AM
Does anyone know of a "subscribe-able" schedule for iPhone (webcal / ics) that updates with completed game scores and/or time changes during the season.  I'm looking for a subscribed schedule vs. one that just downloads a series of calendar entries.  As advanced as MU Athletics is with web content, I can't believe this isn't available on the website.

The MU app doesn't work for you?

Not really.  It's just a CBS sports app with an MU logo.  I'm looking for a subscribed schedule that integrates with my other scheduled (which are also synced/subscribed) within my calendar applications.
-Work
-Travel (ie. TripIt, TripCase)
-Personal
-Wife/family
-Other sports teams I follow
-etc.

Can find one for several other teams (and just about every pro team), but not MU.

I had been syncing with Google up until now (which is why I'm inquiring 3 weeks into the season).  However, I found issues with syncing (duplicate entries, etc).  The other sport calendars I have that use direct subscriptions seem to work much cleaner.  I seem to recall previous seasons when someone from this board published a link to a schedule he/she managed.  If such a thing doesn't exist, I will reside to the Google/sync solution.  Still quite disappointing that a downloadable .csv file is the most advanced option available on the MU website.  I used that method with Brewers schedules for my Palm Pilot in 1999.  (BTW, the Brewers 2014 ics/iCal schedule is already available at their website).

I use this one.
It is updated after every game.
Better than the static import.

I asked the athletic department about that a few years ago and I too am surprised that the static file is the only way through the website.
