Here is the family at Lake Havasu on our way to Chico's. Are the Disney Hopper passes ready? Is the wireless code still: hoopaloop123? Remember, don't slot our camper in front of the Keefe's on your driveway and block our Winnebago in. I have plenty of Natty Light and Muscatel for the backyard BBQ reception.

I am shamed that I know the true nature of that photo, thank you for that.
/always knew that you'd "holler for a dollar".
Just wanted to wish you all good luck out in the tournament and hopefully we play each other (in the championship game). Its not going to be easy staying up for the 10 pm game but i'll have a nice little rest on my engorged stomach for beer and leftover turkey. Should be some good games and we'll get revenge on ASU for you.
Manning up for the flight to Orange County. Chico, I filed for a VFR approach at MCAS El Toro. Are you sending a crew van to pick me up? I am hauling a sh1tload of Cohibas and Islay single malt.

El Toro....there's a blast from the past. You'd be better off coming into Joint Forces Airbase Los Alamitos, closer to mi casa (especially since El Toro is closed now). ;)
Keefe, did you say cohibas and single malt? What time do you land? I'm on my way!!

Wait, you can't ban Keefe and I and give us timeouts and only want him for his cigars. ;)

I can be your wangman for Cohibas and quality booze.
While y'all are in the OC, hit up Mastro's in Newport Beach but only order gluten free and wine.
And if you're missing Portillo's there's one in Buena Park/
Went there this summer as well as Knott's Berry Farm.
Better than your crappy Six Flags; a real family friendly place...with churro ice cream sundaes!

The Mamas and the Papas would have never gotten a record deal these days. The label would have said, "Lose the fat chick and we'll talk." Or they would have pulled Michelle Phillips out as a solo artist and autotuned her voice.

Gents, can get these both within a five minute cab ride in Chi Town. Need me some okonomiyaki, Gabbi's Mexican and a Marie Calendar's pie to go. Screw the Brain Drain Diet crap...too late for any Scooper.

okonomiyaki
How the hell does a Gaijin in Illinois know about this Kansai specialty?? I didn't know okonomiyaki was all that popular outside of Japan. I grew up in Tokyo where the more common version is monjayaki.
One hint for authenticity: Always make sure they are using Yama Imo as the binding agent rather than potato. It makes a big difference in taste and texture.

you're really giving Bob Costas a run for his money in the battle for "Beta male of the year."
Good, conservative Midwestern roots. Wouldn't hurt ya to try it, Bro.

My kids ride their bikes to Knotts every once in awhile. Season passes there do not cost a mortgage payment like Disneyland.

Yes...damn dumb text. Kept changing it to "in limits". If only I had an IT department! Been?
So at what time is everyone getting there? Should be arriving by 10 PM. Leaving like in :45, I'm 3 time zones away. Fedexed a pony keg of my brother's nano-brewery. Sorry 4ever but is not gluten free.
Where y'all planning on sitting? Fullerton is first come basis
Look for me out front. I'll be wearing a Marquette shirt.
We'll be there Friday and Sunday
I may be there tomorrow for about an hour...first hour of game. We'll see. Still negotiating with the wife.
If we win, will be there late for game 2 on Friday. If we lose tomorrow, will be there for entirety of game 2 on Friday.
My son has a soccer tournament Fri-Sunday and that is playing havoc with some of the times for me.

Any sign of Chicos and Keefe having a beer summit?
Banquet over. MU to bed. Creighton taking over bar. Good BE addition. Doug Sr. holding court. ESPN guys said valet lost their car. No one ordered Scotch at rail so Chicos and Keefe catfishing.
Any good coaching staff fights?

Did Chicos give you a plug-in for the Winnebago you parked in his front yard?
Chicos gave me an address in East LA. First scoop from ESPN, Buzz will be lived mic'ed tomorrow. They love him. No conditions like Roy.

Creighton fans said they sold out their BET allotment already. Doing their duty.
Some one asked about Mayo...my <guess> is he will sit today to give it some more time. Doubt they will need him.
Call of the Titans. Good game here. Creek looks pretty good.

If your rendezvous with Chicos doesn't go down, you can buy them at the door. Plenty available. Not a bad venue all things considered.
