I'm looking to upgrade and considering the 70D and was wondering if anyone is shooting with that body, what your thoughts are, etc.

Forget the 70D. Go with the Nikon D800. No debate. A far more extensible platform. You won't regret it.

No dice, I have all my lenses for Canon, not going to start over on that front.
But, Nikon's superior for boudoir photography.

A bigger man would admit a mistake...
I prefer Howitzers.

The NFL photographers got me into Canon, haven't regretted it one bit.
Thought you were gonna say the Playboy photographers recommend Nikon.

LOL, I should ask...my department sells Playboy video service (Hustler, Vivid, etc)...I'm sure they have a recommendation. Or at least they could airbrush my photos. :D

Jamie, I have DTV. Care to share the "Insider Code" for the skin channels with a wounded vet?

LOL, I thought the same thing reading the title and then chico's post. Was wondering how many cannon guru's there can really be, especially on Scoop. Figured it out on the next post, but still got a smile out of me.

I am a Nikon Guy, still love my d200. I get where you are coming from, it's the lenses that cost the big bucks. The 70D seems like a nice camera.

Thanks.
I just saw the 2013 camera awards and the category I'm looking at (high end DSLR) the 70D was voted first with the Nikon D7100 runner-up. Both sound like excellent cameras, but I can't justify getting rid of the lenses so I'll stick to the Canon.
A lot of other Nikons made best camera for other categories...for example the D600 won the best "prosumer" category, beating out the Canon 6D. The prosumer category is a little rich for my blood, so I'm in the next category down.

Chicos is a Canon guy so of course Keefe prefers Nikon.
God I love message boards.
Next week on MUScoop...Chicos and Keefe talk Ford vs Chevy
Or, boxers vs briefs
Tastes great or less filling?
Ford, hands down. ;)
