The most offensively challenged Marquette team I can remember. Just pitiful,
Which makes no sense, given the number of top 100 recruits on this team. Seems like we are recruiting a lot of overrated players...
Playing well defensively though. Not all is lost.

Check back Monday night.
79, that's my fear.
I don't know about a painful season, but we played worse tonight than we did vs. OSU. Brutal game.

Consider the sample size. I will agree if we are playing the same way in January.
That said, I don't think that will be the case. Gardner and Mayo didn't suddenly forget how to score, and we know that Jamil is more than capable. They just need to figure things out a little bit.
I will take the "Duane is our Savior" approach....

Sample is getting bigger. The numbers:
38% from the field. 18% from 3 (71 attempts... ouch). 63% FT shooting. Almost a 1:1 assist to turnover ratio.
And this is WITH a 114 point game. If you take the Grambling game out, it's even worse.
They're not good. And now they're on the road for 3 weeks.
"This is your team."

Jimmy Chitwood's not walking through that door.
Same crap was said after the Green Bay loss last year.
will someone check the height of the rims in the AL to make sure they are the same as BMO-bradley?? ?-(
