*A very short-handed Florida team.
UW will live and die by the 3. Kaminsky is their only big and he likes to be on the perimeter. MU will have a field day in the paint.
Obviously anything can happen there, but that result didn't exactly strike fear in my heart.

Fair point
I think they will be a very tough out for us.

Agree chicos.
I watched most of that game. The Gators were definitely short handed in the backcourt without Scottie Wilbekin. They had to play a freshman and sophomore most of the time, and they struggled. Brust and Dekker really played well for them. Nigel Hayes is a freshman out of Ohio who was a late bloomer and definitely looks like he belongs
UW has some holes though. Traevon Jackson is a shaky point guard. (Koenig doesn't play at all.) Kaminsky is a traditional UW center...more a perimeter player than a banger down low.
They have the advantage in the backcourt...MU has it in the front court. Should be a good game, but it could go either way.

A top 25 team at their place (where they almost never lose) will be a tough out for us? You're way out on a limb with that one.
Davante and Otule should have a field day in the paint and draw a lot of fouls. Regardless, UW will shoot 3s and if they are on at home it will be a good game.

I appreciate the sarcasm, but after reading how inferior UW-madison is on this board and the 80%+ folks that think we will have a "field day" there, it didn't seem out of place to me.

I want to see where 80% of the people on this board said we would have a "field day."
This is just another one of your make-something-up-so-I-can-say-I'm-right kind of arguments.
They are also very shaky on free throws...
Get paint touches and win the free throw battle...Then we should come out ahead.
I stated our bigs would have a field day and I believe it. Kaminsky, Dekker, Hayes, who will bang with them?

Yep. I said MU would have a field day in the paint. Not that the game would be a walk.
Classic Chicos move.
Biennial Scoop post party at F*ckin's crib. Pm him for directions. Remember to bring a barf bag and your own mixers.
Actually I fear my nightmare scenario will come to fruition..., our guards are whistled on every defense and their guards are perfect at the line/Davante gets in early foul trouble and Kaminski handles Wilson, allowing Otule to do our only scoring when we can get the ball in to him. Being the Kohlhole; we know the Grinch will get the calls, the crowd will be vociferous, our freshmen will be intimidated, the baaaajrs will be flopping, and maybe Bobo gets his revenge. (how did you like the flops last night followed by the kicks and leg-locks?)
Flops, kicks from lying flat on the ground, and leglocks, followed by looks of disbelief when the whistles blew, followed by whining.

You are correct, not worded very well. 80% choose us to win the game, many of those say we will have a field day inside against them. I'll stick to the 80% say we will win the game.

80% chose MU (like myself) because we are homers.

That's fine. I'm a MU grad myself, chose to think analytically. ;D
Cheer with my heart, bet with my head.

This one has to rank pretty high up there on Chicos' career list of "Pay Attention to Me!" threads.
