MU 4 seed against New Mexico St, we'd play Kentucky in the Sweet 16 and if there's one team I'd love to play in the tournament it's them given our recent tournament success against them.

Dang! Joey Brackets has not 4, not 5, but 6 Big East teams in tourney. Love seeing that vote of confidence. I personally don't see more than 5 but I don't think 6 is unreasonable.

Kentucky is the last team I want to see in the tournament.

But the majority of the team either hasn't played a minute of true college ball yet or has been on an NIT team... I'm not exactly crazy intimidated by them.

Which one...'03 or '08 or '12?   :D   '03 and '12 UK were awesome and even the tanned one beat them.  The '08 team wasn't very good, but the tanned one found a way to win that one as well.
