Per his own twitter account, Tory Miller to CU. Great school. Great Campus. Good on him.

#CU next fall boulder!!
It takes a lot of guts to post something like this before knowing whether tweets count as "news" as opposed to "only speculation" for some posters here.
Boulder is fantastic. Hope he does well. Thanks for considering MU.

Ok - just reporting what he tweeted from his own account. Hope it helped fill someone's info vacuum. And yes, I'm gutsy... :)
Would hope that Buzz focuses on spring and doesn't knee-jerk his way into a wasted scholarship. A mid-year transfer might also be nice...
When Mark Miller calls it on Crystal Ball it's time to look in another direction. Pierce and Bunch are possibles along with some unknown JUCO's I'm sure.
Were there multiple tweets?

Recruit committing via twitter = news
Paint touches saying "heavy Colorado lean" = speculation

That's not speculation. That is a statement based on good evidence.
Colorado is an up and coming program in the BB world. Wish he were coming here but can understand why he chose to stay in state.

Tad Boyle is a very good coach. No shame in losing out to him.

I disagree, but I'd rather not debate the definition of speculation.
Not good news obviously. Satchel Pierce is the next one up. Travon Bunch after that. Don't land one of those two...then its a juco or a senior transfer.
That assumes all targets have been identified. Probably not a valid assumption.

LOL....who?
Yes there is.."shame" in losing out to him.

No....that is speculation in its more overt form. That is not "evidence." Evidence is more like PROOF or certainty.
This "heavy lean" is what it is, speculation until it is fact and definitive one way or another.
I'm done now for tonight. Good day...tomorrow.

You obviously don't know much about college basketball then. I suggest doing more research.

Exactly. I don't even know if Bunch is someone Buzz is interested in.

20 wins and post season appearances in all three seasons at Colorado, NCAA each of the last two. First back to back NCAAs for the Buffs since the 50s.

And a fantastic recruiter. Was Mark Turgeon's lead assistant at Wichita State.

He has a scholarship offer. Buzz was at least interested in him at some point. Paint Touches also said that Buzz plans on signing two bigs in next year's class. Pierce and Bunch are the only two bigs right now that we have scholarship offers to. But of course, we could find new targets in the coming months.

I'm not sure Bunch's "offer" is that solid from Marquette's POV.

Just because you don't have their sources or privileged information doesn't make it speculation. A day or two before Miller committed, Mark Miller predicted Tory to CU on 247 Sports. If you think that was just speculation, you have no idea who you should and shouldn't listen to when it comes to recruiting. Anyone who knows which guys are and aren't tied into MU knew that recruitment was over when Miller went on record at 247.

Brewtown and Sultan,
While what you say may be true, you are missing the crucial point which is that MUHoopsFan2 hasn't heard of Tad Boyle yet, and that's all that really matters. If only Tory Miller had taken the time to consult MUHoopsFan2, he would have realized the folly of considering Colorado a solid program.

We don't need Tory Miller. MUHoopsFan2 is getting McKay back for us.
