No reason for MU fans to not love this guy, is there?

I like this hire (despite me still vividly watching his 40 point game against MU).  Living here in Indy, I found his local coverage of the Pacers to be accurate and refreshing.

I missed this over the summer.  Since the Nov. 8 Southern game is listed as being on FSN I was looking to see if a regional sports network was carrying the game.  Nothing is posted yet, but I saw this press release from MSG on some Big East games.  St. John's & Seton Hall games?

MSG NETWORKS ADDS MARQUEE COLLEGE ATHLETICS TO FALL SCHEDULE

Live ACC Football Starting in September and ACC and Big East Basketball Later in the Fall

New York, NY (August 6, 2013) – MSG Networks and FOX Sports Media Group have reached an agreement to bring live Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) football and basketball and Big East basketball to MSG Networks this fall.

MSG Networks will televise up to 10 ACC football games and up to 23 men's ACC basketball games, as well as select women's basketball and Olympic sports. MSG will also offer up to 10 Big East basketball games. Complete telecast schedules for MSG and MSG+ will be announced in the coming weeks.

"We are very excited to bring MSG viewers elite college football and basketball from two of the top conferences in the country," said Daniel Ronayne, executive vice president and general manager, MSG Networks. "With nearly 400 live professional sports events scheduled for our networks this season, as well as a robust lineup of award-winning original programming, MSG Networks is the premier destination for New York area sports fans."

"MSG has been a long-time distribution partner for Fox Sports, and we're glad to continue that relationship with ACC and Big East content," said Jeff Krolik, executive vice president, FOX Sports regional networks. "MSG's wide footprint is a great platform to serve millions of college sports fans in the New York area."

He'll probably thank Mike Deane for the gig.

No kidding.  At least Croshere was always good, not a one hit wonder like Felix.

I think an announcing team of Croshere, Felix, and Larry Hughes would pretty much cause me to listen to the radio versus watch the game on tv.

I was at the game and then on the charter back with the team from Charlotte.  Lots of drinking that night.

I'd rather take Jean Felix than Russ Smith or Reece Gaines.

At least people would say, "Who is this guy?!"

At least Felix wasn't draining half court buzzer beaters

While we're at it... I wouldn't have a problem with Brook Lopez in the studio's analyst seat so long as they consistently referred to him as "Sideshow Lopez."

And that differentiated that night for any other night from 1994-1999 how?

And they can refer to his brother as Mr. Michelle Wie.
