Post by: sailwi on October 15, 2013, 12:44:15 PM
I am sure many of you know the mentioned alum in the article, click on the text to see his Warrior sweatshirt.  Congrats Brad and we all hope you are correct.

Isn't he the often-obnoxious "Warrior Man"?

"I got this (sweatshirt) in 1994, back when we were independent," he said.

We were Great Midwest Conference champs by the end of the 93-94 season, and the Golden Eagles by the beginning of the 94-95 season.

I used to lift at the plex at the same time as him a lot.  Was always funny to hear him give people crap for not putting weights away appropriately.

He and I used to rock the same Yellow Lands End coat around campus back in the early 90's. A little awkward when we crossed paths.

Brad is the biggest advocate for the Warrior nickname that I know, and does tons for MU.

One of the funniest guys I know.

1996.  Myself and a group of friends sat in front of Brad (this is the first I've learned his real name) and were regularly amused by his taunting of the Golden Eagle ("Hey... CHICKENN!!!!!....").  He was quickly nicknamed the Chicken Man.
