a house to sell in Cedarburg, WI. It's been on the market for over 7 months and no bites...it's a great deal, older, but well kept. Worked so hard to have this home and now...it's becoming a real burden. Very sad! I just want someone to buy it that will love it! Please pass this on to any home buyers in the area.
Know of any good selling tools???

A Saint Joseph statute.
Methods of burying the statue vary. Instructions in one package give buyers several options, including burying it upside-down next to the "For Sale" sign, burying it three feet from the rear of the house and burying it next to the front door facing away from the home. (to symbolize leaving)

Went up...in flames??
Have you considered putting it up for Auction?
Burn it down
Price it correctly.
I'll pass along the auction suggestion. Thanks.

Things are moving exceptionally well in suburban Milwaukee right now. If it is not, it is because of the price. Taking a loss on a property can be extremely stressful but I can speak from experience that your stress goes down once you close. Even if you bring a big check to that closing. Only then can you move on.
