Just saw his twitter.
Said
"I may not be white, but Im going to CUSA next year"
Edit : changed the title to be less alarming.
Pretty sure he's talking about the Country USA music festival in Oshkosh. Otherwise the "I may not be white" comment makes no sense.

Yeah. He decided to spurn Marquette and head off to UT-San Antonio instead.

Man; that is amazing. One guy reads a Jr. in HS's twitter, and another knows what CUSA stands for--Country USA in Oshkosh. Some of us need to develop more diverse pastimes.

I just googled CUSA Wisconsin and it seemed pretty obvious. No way Cohen was decommiting from his dream school for a C-USA school when he wasn't seriously looking at anyone other than us, Michigan State, and Minnesota.

Doesn't he know how this can be taken out of context by MUscoopers.

I loathe country music and I knew what he meant. (Maybe because I loathe country music?)

Fixed.
Hopefully he stays in Osh Vegas.
I hear Buzz is taking him to SMU.
Before you say it yah I know.......
The only thing missing is someone who knows a guy who is best friends with Cohen's 3rd cousin and has inside information.
Hopefully it works out better for him than it did Riley Cooper.
He figured any school who's preseason scrimmage vs K-State wasn't factored in the NCAA Selection Committee's search for 64, was not worth goin' to.
Sandy, if you are reading this, please forgive us. We are used to our basketball team taking games down to the wire so needless to say, our hearts are a little jumpy.
Wow haha no more twitter for you

Exactly. Although it may cause some concern over who is receiving diplomas to the college I just chose to attend...

So KW, you teach high schoolers and also follow high schoolers on Twitter?
I have no doubt that will end well.

Now D3 mascots is a worthwhile pastime. What are some of your favorites, or the most politically incorrect ones?

Don't know too many D3, but Illinois has some great High School Ones:
Who would wouldn't want to be part of the Hoopeston Cornjerkers, for example?
The mascot for high school in Polo, Illinois is the Marco. Yes, they are the Polo Marcos.
And it has gone the way of the Warrior, but who can forget the infamous Pekin Chinks?
And this one isn't in Illinois, but I am a proud owner of a Watersmeet Nimrod sweatshirt. We vacation in that area every summer.

I just dealt with a banker at JP Morgan Chase with a first name of Nimrod. I also represented someone years ago who sold a building in Chicago to two brothers with the last name of Nimrod. Call me crazy, but wouldn't most people change their name if they were saddled with that name?

Nothing tops the Butte Pirates from lovely Butte, Idaho
Anyone remember the Don Bosco Dons?
How about the Grafton Blackhawks and the UW Whitewater Warhawks--both politically incorrect. Are those names still being used?
Then there's the Mishawaka Cavemen.
I'm sure the girls basketball team appreciates that nickname.
I would be on board with an LA Cavemen NFL expansion team for sure... the fan costumes would be fantastic
