Cool, now we're just so bored we call out other posters before they post. (takes tinfoil hat and runs to corner)
I thought it was amusing. It's fun to see Jimmy get the press. He's a good guy, great representative of the Marquette program (see: minutes streak), and works his ass off to get there. Plus.. he photobombs like a champ.

now? next time i'm going to say that you will say this.
While bums like Brandon Jennings want $12 mil a year - it is the Jimmy Butler's of the world who make it fun to watch. Anyone who can guard the 1, 2, 3, and occasionally the 4 will be in the league for a long long time. Just ask Bruce Bowen.
Does he really have a 40" vertical?

Did a 39" vertical at the NBA Combine.

13. He went to Marquette University.
Just one thing they've got to fix. Jimmy Buckets is ok. Jimmy F'n Butler is better.
I love Jimmy, and I really love that he's on the bulls.

Tweet 'em. If enough of us do it... maybe they'll get the hint.

1. He went to Marquette University :)
Anyone else think Jimmy will surpass what Wes has done pretty quickly? It's only a matter of time before Jimmy is #2 current MU player in the NBA.

Jimmy is a better all around player than Wesley TODAY. And Wes is very good. Jimmy's game over the past two months has been sick.
I can't help but wonder if Jimmy has had any interest to the rights to his life story. It would make a great movie. Unfortunately, on the surface it's so similar to The Blind Side that it might not garner any interest.
Great kid. I couldn't be happier for him to see all the recognition he's getting.
love that Jimmy is getting such good press. did anyone else find the intro paragraph misleading?
Kicked out of the house at 13. Adopted by a friend's family. Passed over for a D-I scholarship. Followed his dreams to the NBA. There's lot of things to love about Jimmy Buckets, Chicago's breakthrough star who has emerged as the steal of the 2011 draft. Here are 12 of our favorite.

You are probably right, but that doesn't mean we can't have fun casting it.
I will go first: Michael Chiklis as Buzz.
Warriorchick as his adoptive mom. ::)

He was passed over for a D-I scholarship initially... he went to junior college.

Even though fully qualified, so you are correct.

I don't know if I agree that JFB is a better all around player than Wes. I don't know if I disagree. I just don't know how you can make a comparison between the two.
ZFB is headin to the patent office this afternoon to trademark JFB before you cats start tweeting at SI writers and it picks up in the NBA.
