I saw that this begins this year at the bottom of our schedule on the WIKI. This one passed me by this summer. When I read the details, I figured out why - its because only four teams play per year and we are not one of the four. How can you even call this a conference challenge when only four teams play each year?? This completely goes against the concept of forcing all/most of the teams in a major conference to play one another. This is a great way to increase the non conf. schedule strength. Does anyone know how this got to be so screwed up??
Well, not that it makes it *much* better, but it goes for 4 years, and will feature 12 of the leagues teams. So, for this year you only get 4.
Do you know how the teams are selected? Are we guaranteed to get at least one showing?
Relax, this is a start to something that could expand in the future to more teams.
I am always happy to see things move in a good direction.
