This makes it seem like Chris Otule is definitely coming back?  Did I miss that post?

So was JJJ a consensus higher rated recruit than Blue? Wow, that's awesome.

Most amazing line of the article; "Marquette has had a top-35 offense (efficiency) each of Buzz Williams' five seasons, all while playing as slow as the 304th quickest pace (2010) to the 16th (2012)."  If there is another team out there that with the same coach has seen such a dramatic shift pretty much year to year and still maintaining elite level success, I'd be really interested/surprised to see who that was.  I dont know exactly what that says about marq and buzz, but it says something, and I'm starting to really appreciate how remarkable it might be.

Kudos on the level of sophistication PT is getting to.  So nice to have, especially in the offseason.

i'm not sure i can think of a better coach in regards to coaching an offense that allows for the strengths of the team to shine through as much as what buzz does.  amazing to look back and think what he did with the 3 amigo's, then two tiny guards, last year with a team that couldn't shoot, etc.

Chris has decided to comeback, but it still has to be approved by NCAA, which is expected to happen.

It means that Buzz is capable of modifying his system to suit the type of talent available to him.  It definitely speaks well of Buzz.  And I too, am very happy about this.   ;D

+ 1 strotty and the gang really nailing it.  Enjoy it while it lasts, because there is no doubt that those boys are going to be moving on to bigger and better ... I hope they bring in new contributors with similar drive and ability so that they can to transition the site before they move on.

Strotty and crew moved on a year ago from MU and are still nailing it in their pro lives for us paupers on Scoop.  A bigger hat tip as they are digging up MSM scoops while feeding us these gems on their coffee breaks.

It means Buzz maximizes his roster.  Every year like clockwork.  He even had to do it with several different roster makeups in the same year when Otule went down then Gardner went down then came back.  That's why I can't wait to see what he does for us this coming year.  Barring major injuries, I have no doubt we're in for something special.

And yes, Paint Touches was on fire this season.  Their Synergy analysis was next level.  How they don't get paid for their efforts while know-nothing slugs like Enlund and MikeHunt did/do boggles the mind.

Yes, I knew they had left MU- I just meant that I'm not sure how long they can keep this up on the side.  But, hey, their young and full of energy, so who knows!

Don't forget, every year is different, dependent on who is in that class.  A "35th" ranked player one year might be 60th in another year based on the talent of that particular year.
