Is your point that recruiting services don't get it 100% right? Or is your point that players can improve?
I don't think anyone is going to argue with you on either point.
I'm happy for the kid who was told he didn't rate and proved them wrong.
Hancock> Thomas
Kinsella > Thomas

A few things I just learned on Around the Horn...
1. Russ Smith was a 2 star recruit.
2. Dieng was a 3 star (i may remember that vaguely)
3. When Larrenega left GM for Miami, Hancock wanted to go with him and Larrenega wanted him at Miami. But GM Athletic Department said he could transfer anywhere except Miami. Hancock ended up choosing between 2 schools... Louisville and Michigan. Larrenega told Hancock to go to Louisville. And the rest is history...

1. Russ Smith was a 3 star recuit.
2. Dieng was ranked #69 on the final RSCI, the 9th best center. More of a 'four-star'.
