"At the end of a practice, maybe, everyone had to make a free throw," Frozena says. "We'd be running forever and he'd say, 'Now go hit two free throws.' You're being held accountable, not only for yourself but the rest of the team, and you were expected to do it — because in a game, that was how it was going to be."

Wait... What?

Are you questioning it because it involves "practicing" FTs or are you actually confused?

At the end of practice, every player had to step up a make a FT. If someone missed, the team ran and the count started over. They kept doing it until everyone made his FT without a miss...then Buzz would have everyone make 2 FTs.
