Title: Spin Buzz's Big Wheel to see where he will coach next
Post by: MeghanMU on March 27, 2013, 06:54:55 PM
Came across this website, Buzz's Big Wheel: bit.ly/BuzzBigWheel (http://bit.ly/BuzzBigWheel), while surfing the web the other day.

The rift between Pilarz, L. Williams and Buzz must still be there as they have apparently created a game to help Buzz decide where to coach next!

Wow - WAY too much thought and detail went into this.... making it actually kinda funny.

It's actually pretty funny...

Longwood Lancers: Longwood is Jerome Kersey's alma mater, that will definitely help recruiting.

Campbell University: Campbell's mascot is a Camel, what other reason do you need?

Texas State: Texas State, besides having awesome BBQ in the cafeteria....that is reason enough.

Buffalo: Buffalo is coming off a MAC quarterfinals appearance and CBI bids in 2009, 2011, 2012, so success is possible. Plus weather is similar to Milwaukee.

Texas Tech: Bobby Knight couldn't do it, his kid couldn't do it, Billy Gillispie sure as hell couldn't do it. Show them how it is done!

I'm afraid he could.

After playing this about 500 times the one place I am not scared of Buzz leaving for is UCLA.

You mean the same job that Shaka Smart just turned down?

Go away.

Meghan's post should have been in teal (especially the last sentence), but I thought it was pretty funny, considering how many craptastic programs there were in the list and what it said about each of 'em.

QuoteNorthwestern has NEVER been to an NCAA tournament. No shadow of Al or Tommy to live under here, and Evanston's lake front campus will definitely help recruiting.

QuoteCal State Northridge is located in the heart of the Porn Valley. Imagine how many recruiting commits you can get just by speaking that phrase.

Be worried guys

Is Cal State Northridge open?  Sounds like my destination job.  Just need to go pick up a copy of "Coaching Team Basketball" and I'll be all set.
