Title: Bulls take down Heat tonight?
Post by: ChicosBailBonds on March 27, 2013, 11:39:41 AM
I am not a NBA fan, have said that for years.  Don't like how the game is played, the attitudes, etc....but I will say the last few years the game has gotten better in my opinion.  So though I almost never watch the regular season, I suspect tonight the Heat lose to the Bulls.  They seem ripe for the fall, Wade banged up, road game in Chicago...it has all the trappings of the streak ending tonight.

Chicos, you should check out the NBA again. Especially some of the better Western Conference teams, like the Thunder, Spurs, Nuggets, etc. The quality of basketball is really good and in many ways a stark contrast to the slow-down game that this dominating (and IMO hurting) college basketball.

I'm a Bulls fan, but I'll be surprise if they win tonight. The Bulls have even more injury problems than the Heat. The Bulls are beat-up and are running out of gas as the season comes to a close.

Heat only need to play about 16 minutes at their highest level to beat most teams in the league.

I actually did have a little conspiracy thought process going.  I knew tonight's game was the last one that could be on national tv in the regular season.  There is a contractual limit and ESPN and TNT had pulled their final one.  So that was part of my thinking as well.  I was hoping it wouldn't happen, as it would lead to more sales of NBA League Pass, but.....

No conspiracy theory at all. Typical NBA. Stern rejecting Chris Paul trade to LA and then N.O. winning the lottery. Jordan playing baseball but secretly being suspended. Etc. The NBA is the WWE with better actors.
