Go the Zags

Congrats, Zags. You're one of the top 32 teams in the country.
Somewhere Karon Bradley is dancing.

SHOCKING
Please please please put us in their bracket. Oh well. Most people knew someone was going to get a gift to the Final Four in the west because the Zags were seeded 1 rather than Duke. Glad it wasn't Wisconsin, they had a clear path. LOL ;D
And that's a wrap!

If Buzz leaves, he is target 1A along with Shaka Smart. I remember him when he was at Winthrop...very good coach.

Agreed, doesn't make up for those frames though. His Winthrop team beat Marquette, no?
A joke from a friend up in Washington.
There is a new bar opening up in Spokane called "Fews", but you are unable to get drunk there. You have to leave after two rounds.
Zags with a better RPI than your beloved Hoosiers, they were properly seeded.

I had Gonzaga losing to Pitt and tOSU coming out of that corner. So I'm close.

Zags fans are really good people. Watched the MU game at a sports bar in Bellevue that was packed with Zags. They had all but one TV on MU-Butler until Gonzaga came on but the Zags cheered lustily for MU. Once their game started they shifted their view but all watched the last few minutes of Marquette. I left right after MU. Felt bad for the Gonzaga crowd as they are great folks.

The RPI can be gamed if you have a soft schedule and win. See Gonzaga, see Middle Tennessee State.
It's why anyone with a brain begged to be in the Gonzaga bracket.....clearly you don't qualify. ;)

Like I said Keefe, I admire their program and think they are quality. I just thought the seeding was unfair to the other schools in other brackets that would have a much tougher time getting to a Final Four. You can't play the type of teams they play for 2 months and then suddenly turn it on when the competition gets good. It is too hard to do. They aren't elite enough to do it. UNLV under Tark could do it. Memphis with Coach Cal could do it, but that is rare. You need to be tested all year round.
There is a fantastic photo last night of Mark Few in the hallway walking away with two of his players all hugging each other. I think you would like it. It was sincere, very classy.
