We are the worst inbounding team in America...been saying that for 10 years....can't believe that last 4.7 seconds.
Wow. Taking blood pressure pills.
Great college basketball game...please practice some inbounds plays. ;D

STFU and just enjoy a win.
Jesus christ we just went to the sweet 16 and we still have people complaining. We won, friggen enjoy it.
I am enjoying it. If we would have lost it there it would have been tragic. Three times in the game we couldn't inbound the ball. It's been a problem of ours for a decade. It would have been tragic to have lost that way.
Let's clean it up.
Go Warriors
YESSS!!!

He played a whale of a game.
For those bellyaching at my post, in the game thread we were talking about several times in the game how we just can't do a simple thing like inbound a ball. My apologies....I'm thrilled...I didn't need the added anxiety that caused. Use a timeout, throw it in the front court. Argggghhhh. Glad it worked out. That was too scary.

It was a bad pass. He should have thrown in it further up the sideline then Jamil could have just run to it...there was nobody home. It wasn't necessarily the play, it was the execution.
That foul on Davante after he passed the ball was B.S. you don!t anticipate a foul. Game should have been over at that point. Great game and both teams deserve kudos.

Do you mean the foul they called when the ball was halfway to Trent? That was total BS
I'm with Chicos on this one. Always keep improving.

I'm with Chicos too. When Marquette wins one of the greatest games in program history, try to find the negatives.
Butler and their boy genius had a much tougher time in bounding than we did.

It was a carry over from the game thread. That last 4.7 seconds I almost broke my tv. Up 4, it would be nearly impossible to lose...nearly impossible. That was scary. Sorry I brought it over here. I'm thrilled we won, I think anyone in the game thread knows that. We need to clean some stuff up.
Have a great night.
Wow! ...and this was suppose to be a transition year!

It was a great game. And yes, this was a terrible call.
How 'bout the adjustments defensively Buzz made at the half turn'in up the heat?

Agreed. Specifically when Blue went back, up and intercepted the in-bounds at the mid-court line. He then scored.
The announcer said Blue was playing safety. ;D
Incredible to be back again. Let's see if we can't break through and win another one, two, three, four.

Just go long at that point. If the ball ends up in the air 80 feet from the basket they can intercept, but they have to either come down with it and heave in a couple seconds or call a timeout and you can play for your own 3/4 court heave which has low odds.

Where are all the Derrick Wilson critics? He was HUGE on D and I loved when Buzz put J Wilson on Clark.

Agreed. In the past decade we would have come back in the second half running the same tired plays from a 500 page playbook. Buzz' ability to make the necessary adjustments is a tremendous change from the past. Refreshing.
Buzz is dumb as a fox.

That was Buzz' comment when intercepted by the talking bimbo for the meaningless halftime comment. He essentially said, "We got 'em right where we want 'em!"

Negativity I can take. Constant self-aggrandizing is what really bothers me.

That's because he isn't a boy genius. That last play they drew up wasn't exactly beautiful either.
I think he's a very good coach, but some portray him walking on water.
Ben Howland was just fired at UCLA about 30 minutes ago. Maybe the Bruins make a run at him. Should be interesting.

I'm old school, always look to improve. It's what was drilled into me...be happy but you can always do better. To each their own. Reminds me of Bill Self's comments last night "Happy we won, but not pleased how we played"
I'm thrilled we won, the last 4.7 seconds were off the hook scary. There's an ignore button, you are free to use it.

We weren't even the worst inbounding team on the court.
Widespread use of the 'ignore' button and this all goes away.
I smell a ban coming. Its like chicos can't wait for mu to screw up so he can spew his bs. Almost like he is hoping for a loss. Nice fan.

I still want to know what mayo was doing shooting w 30 sec left in first half....??? Did he think shot clock was up? Drawing a foul? Please tell me there was some reasoning to that cause he is really looking bad.

Wow. Poor attempt at drawing a foul. Think some real contact would be the first criteria.
the difficulty we have inbounding the ball is a problem, and it has happened quite a bit. That said, the inbounds play to Junior underneath the bucket after we had to call a timeout b/c we couldn't get it in was a huge play in the game.
