I've noticed that Jameel has been tweeting a lot about how their season is finished and they won't be allowed to play in the postseason because of a fight. Pretty sure Jameel wasn't involved at all, but was wondering if anyone had details or a video. It sucks for him that he can't play for the national championship.

Brawl. One player connected with the opposing team's manager, was arrested and charged with assault. The Indian Hills AD bailed the kid out. The NJCAA saw that as a violation and DQd the team from postseason play.

Correction, it was the school president.

From the Pres: "I feel strongly that when we leave our campus with students in our care it is our duty to return them safely to campus. This is what I would expect of any staff member and what I would expect as a parent of a child under college supervision."

And it wasn't just the team manager. It was the head coach's son.
Best part of that video was at about the 0:22 mark where #22 puts his hands above his head and it looks like he's trying to call a timeout. (He's obviously not but just the way he's looking on so helplessly, it made me chuckle to think that he'd attempt to call a timeout in an effort to stop the fighting)
eh, I was close.
What number is McKay?
The Indian Hills website lists him as number 1.

Number 1 is in the video but not really doing much of anything.

Which in that video is a good thing.
Wait til Bill Michaels and 1250 gets a hold of this----then it will turn into JM started the whole thing.
"Was Indian Hills supposed to just leave this young man in a jail cell, in a strange town? Keep in mind, we are little more than one generation removed from a time when many young men put in jail cells in strange towns never got out of those jail cells alive."
WTF!? Hyperbole much?

Fixed.
I enjoyed the utterly futile command by the announcer to "LEAVE THE COURT IMMEDIATELY."
At least Indian Hills won! Double OT too!

Yeah it actually looks like he is pulling guys away and not involved at all.

Remember he's talking about small town Iowa, and leaving a student athlete behind in a town where the opposing team's fans joined in a fight between the teams.

Anyone else notice the team manager in red fighting his own team members (in white) to try and get back out on the floor?
