Fabulous comeback.
Devante.
Great game for just about everyone though. Damn! Great win!
DG, with sentimental choice for Jake Thomas who had the turning point of the game
This one is automatic.
Gardner then Mayo.
Gardner, Unbelievable game from him all around. Shout out to Thomas for getting it all going.
OX shut dis ish down!!!
Easy 54
Davante. THREAD CLOSED.
Davante. Missed only one free throw. 7-7 from the field.
Junior had a great game. Jamil didn't shoot well but did everything else well. Mayo hit some key shots.

And part of the 7th at that weight
OX
one of the most efficient games you will ever see
Gardner, no doubt.
They cut immediately to the Iowa State game, DID MU RUSH THE COURT?!?!?
DEVANTE . . . he played with some passion. It was great!
I loved the Taylor/Gardner combo!!
OOOOOX!!
Vander for playing with true unselfishness. :D

He was huge.
Do I need teal?
Seriously, all the first half naysayers....gets kinda old.
Hey, we won ;D ;D ;D ;D
Glad people are voting!!!
DA BIG SHEESH!
Ox, of course. I wonder if Van was not feeling well.
Ox. And then Buzz for that phenomenal in game adjustment.
Juan Anderson
Davante!!
One missed FT from a "Laettner" game:
7-7 from the floor
12-13 from the line
Awesome game!

Juan Anderson
Anderson played first two minutes and didn't see the floor again. That may be pretty common thing in upcoming games.
Obviously Gardner.
J Wilson didn't shoot it well tonight, but otherwise played a great game. Also very productive games from Junior, Taylor, Mayo and a huge 4 point play from Thomas.
Nice when you can beat the #12 team in the country with two extended scoring droughts and an off night from your top player.
DG, zone buster

I think he LAZER had his sarcasm key on......think you may be right on Juan but his energy is good at times, Stevie outplaying him last couple no doubt

Yeah, saw the sarcasm teal, but Juan starting might be the only thing he does now.
Why is it taking so long to get Davante's picture up on the site? Gotta wipe away the stink of that 'Nova loss with a shiny SOTG pic...
Best individual game of the season thus far in a huge win. DG without a doubt.

Best individual game of the season thus far for DG
And best game of his career!
Loved the atmosphere at the BC and Gardner playing tough, DG SOG
Loved the lineups changes tonight. I think it ignited us and it was good seeing Steve play extended minutes in place of Anderson and also Thomas getting the big 4-point play. Davante was huge!
Just a side note here. Junior played terrible against NOVA, but tonight he played 38 minutes, had 12 points and only one turnover. Jamil Wilson had horrible first 27 minutes, then stopped shooting and had 7 assists, five of them in last seven minutes.
Silky D! As smooth as a ride up State St. When you time it right.

Davante is the stud of the game no question but what I thought was most important tonight was how this team played together - very impressive win!

I was thinking this same thing about Blue. He just didn't look like himself tonight.
1. Big Guy.
2. Buzz.
OX!!!
Seriously, why does this thread need to be three pages long?
The Big Fella!
I love that when he is on, you can pretty much tell what he's thinking: "You can try all you want to stop me, but I AM going up and making this bucket - and I AM going to draw the foul, AND, I AM going to make the free throw."
@IGetBuckets_54
Devante
Two words....
De' De'
"I be chillin doe"
Best game of his career to date. Arguably the best game by a MU player this year.
Vander's 30 was the best. This was #2.
24 + hours since we won and still nothing up...

30 on 12-20 shooting, 3-7 free throws and 6 boards vs. South Florida or 26 on 7-7 shooting, 12-13 free throws and 8 boards vs. Syracuse. I'll take DG's game.

Boooooooooo! I swear the "No stud when we lose." goes up at the buzzer whenever we lose; would rather the last game we won just stay up till we win again.
OX OX OX OX wants his STUD banner....c'mon man!!!!!!
