Years ago, I for some reason started getting emails from a P.R. guy who passes along sports odds from online touts. Here's one that popped up in my inbox just a few minutes ago from a gambling site called Bovada.lv. Enjoy.

Quite the jump!

Too bad Vegas will never give me 2-11 odds of Miami NOT winning the National Championship. If my math is correct that is an 18% return on your money.
Miami may find some way into the Final Four (though I doubt that as well). But they will crap their pants if they get there, seniors or no seniors.
11-2 is a really bad bet for them to win.
Wow, I'm glad that when I was in Vegas at the beginning of February I put 5 dollars on MU to win it all. The odds then: 175-1.
The same odds as Georgetown. Pitt is 40 to 1. I guess we have to beat them again in the BET.
I'm not buying what the oddsmakers are selling.

Did you see Jalen Rose pick UW to make a run in March. They are playing pretty well, but I'm rooting against them.
I heard our odds were updated to 66.6/1

Same here. The morning of Louisville game I put $30 on MU 150:1... Even knowing it's a huge longshot, I knew it was +ev at those odds. Also got Cincy at 85:1 prior to their downswing (50:1 now), and Florida at 6:1.
Put me down for $1,000 on Louisville.
Personally, I'd place a nickel on a number of teams with odds between 20:1 and 60:1. Tourney is going to be crazy this year... might as well go for the big money.
I would absolutely take MU at 60:1 right now. I wouldn't go anywhere near Gonzaga, Miami, Pitt, or any Big Ten team at those odds, except I would take OSU at 30:1.
Best bets on the board have to be Syracuse and Georgetown. Louisville and KU at 12:1 and 14:1 look like good bets, too.

This because Ryan Evans has emerged as college hoops, "Most Enigmatic Scorer."
