Center Court Pub .. The bar/restaurant across from the BC has closed.
Man, that location is cursed. Has any establishment lasted more than 2-3 years?

According to a sign on the door, Center Court Pub & Grill, 1118 N. 4th St., is closed. The bar and eatery, located across the street from the BMO Harris Bradley Center, was unable to renew its liquor license.

You'd think this would be the one season they'd actually like to stay open. I wonder who dropped the ball on getting that liquor license renewed.

My guess would be they were just losing money, or perhaps a few too many visits by MPD.
When that place was Ciatti's Italian Restaurant, I had my graduation dinner there.

Gotta be missing some in there.
If only the arena across the street was brand new, people would want to come in and eat at their establishment. Old arena, no customers. Bummer.

Different place. Centercourt was also on 4th but a little farther north. I'm actually surprised they didn't do well. I went there a few times and it was always pretty crowded and I enjoyed their food.

I often went there for pregame. Pretty good food and while it was busy, it wasn't crazy like Goolsby's usually is. Really seemed to be doing pretty well, though they were often dead when there wasn't a game across the street and I remember being disappointed when they called themselves the "Official Away Game Destination" a couple years ago and were closed on the nights of at least 2 away games.
Some back rent woes too it seems....

I've only been there once. It was after a basketball game last year and it was deader than a doornail.

Wow that's surprising. I guess the main time I remember going was on national MU day against Cuse a couple years ago. Every bar probably would have been packed that day.
dang, I have a $10 groupon from those pretty boys.

Just call it Charmin and you're good.
Someone told me about this which I am sure added to its demise. Sad story for Rick.

Was there once for wings after a game. Service was abismal and the wings were mediocre at best. Eulogy for this place will be short
