Time to double down on the Bulls, and make Forde eat his words.

Lets get off to fast start this time.  No fouls 30 feet from basket by bigmen and get USF in foul trouble.

There's a lot of that in college hoops. Is it my imagination, or are there plenty of good seats available at most arenas?

USF vs. DePaul is going to be a barn-burner. My gosh, they are a bad team. I actually think DeP has more talent.

I'd say J-Will and Jr. got the intensity message, bringin' it so far.....is Anthony Collins "Woody" bandage a nod to Buzz's boys bringin' the pain?
Title: Re: USF game thread
Post by: nyg on February 06, 2013, 06:24:05 PM
USF has taken 6 shots and has 6 turnovers.

Awesome defense by Junior, but he took two really bad shots on possessions after steals.

Lets hope J. Wilson keeps it going, much, much more aggressive.

Do not let up, just keep the pressure going.  Buzz still pressuring them and this time, no comeback chances.

BTW, Buzz has pulled Vander twice now after making a dumb play.

We're playing well, but where's the somewhat competitive team that showed up in Milwaukee last week?  USF just looks pitiful.  The Dylan Floodgates are going open up.

I thought Mike Patrick looked like he aged, based on all the name screw-ups his mind might be going as well.

Great first half, and good to see Mayo with the outside shot.

USF had five field goals, three of which were threes.  14 turnovers in 20 minutes, UGH.........

Junior has a great game going with 6 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and only one turnover.

D. Wilson only iffy player since he had two quick fouls again.

Keep this thing going.

They actually have some pretty decent RPI wins...190 Loyola; 157-Bradley;138 Georgia; 129 G. Mason; @102 UCF. Throw in the 50 Georgetown win and that's why their RPI is under 100.
