Pretty interesting read...

Great read, thanks for posting. Funnily enough, I'm not nearly as worried about this game as I was before reading this. They could be describing Marquette in many ways, and our bench is outstanding. Turnovers worry me and stupid fouls worry me. Otherwise, I'm confident we can hang with them.
Just the opposite. If we can't find the bottom of the bucket -- as has happened a few times this season -- this could be a long game.
But, if our shooting holds steady from USF, I think Gardner and Otule can wear down Dieng, and we've got a decent shot of slowing down Smith and Siva. It'll be a great game.
I liked hearing that they are not as good of an outside shooting team this year, in fact this article says they are not a good shooting team in general. We aren't either...but unlike their other opponents, we have great depth this year and our bench does more than contribute, it's like a second team in and of itself. They won't be able to wear us down.
Will be fun to see a run-and-gun game, too, since for the most part so far this year, it's been such a slow pace (or at least, slow for us).
I'm extremely nervous for this game. I'm expecting a loss to keep hopes lower and should it come to that, I just hope it's close like Cinci (second half onward) and not like Florida.
Problem with the Cincy game while it was great to see us fight back that horrible first half had me accepting it wasn't our night. Then we come all the back and my heart gets ripped out. But obviously is prefer we don't get embarrassed.
