Hell yes.  "I'm just a country bumpkin, not very smart, etc,etc"   He's a smart guy and, yes, he has a schtick

trying to figure out what buzz' angle is based on his comments and actions is almost as fun as watching mu play.  he's a smart guy, and it really seems like he needs to feel the doubters to make his motor run.  i think he's being most honest when he talks about needing a chip on the shoulder...

He speaks hoarsely and carries a big schtick. Also fond of analogies, metaphors and similes which sadly go over some posters' heads.

He also likes to talk about relatives.  "relative to..."
