I predict Buzz signs three very good players that are on this list.

I really like our odds with Paul White, and hope we start to move for O'Mara. I think he could end up really good and we need a center.
I think this will more likely be a four-man recruiting class than three. Whether it's someone declaring early or transferring, I think we'll end up with one more scholarship. Also, if somehow Otule does end up here on scholarship next year, that will be a fourth coming off the books.
Two more thoughts...
1) In the past 2 years, Marquette has landed an early commit. Last year Deonte Burton was well ahead of things by committing in September and Jamal Ferguson committed around this time 2 years ago. Will we see another early commit for 2014? Right now my money would be on White, if anyone.
2) There's probably a name or two that will end up here that we know very little about at this point. I don't recall hearing much about Jajuan Johnson at this time last year and obviously even less about John Dawson. Whether it's a late-bloomer or someone we haven't yet made a public move on, I'm sure this is far from exhaustive.
Also...we need at least 1 if not 2 bigs in this class. Going into 2014-15, Steve Taylor would probably project as our center with Jameel McKay as the other primary front court guy and not much size behind them.

Don't forget that Anderson will be a senior that season.
Obviously Looney would be great, but I think our biggest, most realistic priority should be Paul White. I'm not as optimistic about him committing early as you are, Brew, but I like his skill set a lot.
As far as O'Mara, I think he could be a skilled big but I'm not sure he has the height of a true center. Last I saw he was listed at 6'8, which is shorter than Davante.

O'Mara "most recently visited Iowa State and was impressed." I've been to Ames before. I have no idea what could have possibly impressed him.
