Great article. Thanks for sharing.
Nice article, but Jimmy's no Blondie.
Solid article.
Who was the Real Chili cashier in the early 2000s who used to blatantly pocket students' change and then call them racist when they asked for their money back? Hmm, I wonder what they guy is up to now.
Maybe a bowl tonight before Seton Hall....
Not quite there yet but quickly approaching 50 years as a customer.
Jsglow
Took my 17y daughter there Saturday night after Father/Daughter Dance and told her I have been going to Real since about 1970. Getting old sucks.
Just made a batch at home last Saturday. Take it to fish camp for a bunch of Milwaukee guys, they love it. Still, not as good as having Blondie say "mix it up boys, mix it good"!

#1. It's pretty damned good. Advice, try a little less chocolate than the recipe calls for. You are better adding a bit later if needed. Too much chocolate can quickly overwhelm.
Merritts mustache I believe you are referring to the class act known as Freddy. Haha
Went recently with two MU buddies, my wife (a fellow alum) and 2 people I had never "dined" there with: My little brother and my son (both now very much grown up). We all were a little tipsy from an evening of reliving past glories.
It was the first time I had been to Real Chili in at least 30 years. Frankly, it was better than I thought it would be. Only thing missing was Blondie!!
