The mother ship is showin' a soon to be classic tonight from the new River City, my friends. Hope Bo plays the Music Man like a well tuned fiddle.
I'm rooting for a power outage.
Should be at least 50% traditional at all times. If D-Wade's boys aren't making their shots it could be a good one.
Pulling for Bucky tonight.
Must watch this game...whoever ends up losing, we will have something to enjoy.

Never! Always remember that Tom Crean brought our program back to prominence. He might have dumped us but if it wasnt for him we would have never been as good as we were.
Tom Crean was like a hot chick that somehow we got to date, and even though we got dumped the other hot chicks get looking at us saying "hmm if that hot chick is going out with him than he must be great in the sack or something"
Crean was like a wet dream. Not the real deal.

+1
This is probably the only time I will root for them.

Um, no...
If you want to use dating comparisons how about this:
MU was decent figured, sort of cute girl with some acne. She hoped on ProActiv (Dick Strong) and got implants (Relaxed Admission Policies). TC was the first one to jump and this now suddenly attractive girl thought he was "The One" mostly because he was the first. Then they break up (he said-she said, we're not so sure who ended it) and this girl realizes she has a lot to offer and she can pretty much hold her own with anyone.

As long as she doesn't run out of Proactive and the implants don't burst.
How does anybody cheer for the rodents is beyone me.
They can all pound sand.
Tom two-tone Crean, brought MU to it's highest days since AL. Tom obviously is hated by most on this board (Which i don't understand) He passed up MU for Indiana, i get it. Thanks Tom for all you have done, sure your ego is larger than most, but we all have our faults.
Again, MU doesn't deserve to be dancing in March, if we specifcally need to route for rivals to succeed.
F***k the Badgers.
Well the Badgers winning helps our SOS. We might need help come March and if Bucky can help us why not take the help? This is more my cheering for MU being in better situation than my cheering for UW.
Of course we should root for Wisconsin, this could be a big win for MU!

How do you know this? Maybe we pushed him out. Minimal coaching search, coach hired from within. TC may very well have been Creaned by MU. TC is Alex Smith, Buzz is Colin Kaepernick.
Lens
TC was not pushed aside but he received enough heat from top people about not winning big games to know quicker the exit the better. I hold no grudge against him and more than happy with the replacement.

4 words.
It's Indiana, It's Indiana.
If I have started a "MU fired TC" debate, it's over, I won the Internet.
I personally like Indiana -10.5...
Bucky winning helps Marquette.
That is all we need to know.
It's RPI, it's RPI!!
If forced to choose, I do not care about RPI. In the words of our former coach, who's work at MU I appreciate, it's IU, it's IU.
Whiskey does not stand a chance in this game....
Wisky is gonna get crushed....

So do you think a lot of the Niners fans hate Alex Smith?
Good to know time hasn't diminished the Crean obsession for many.

Only if he's a complete a-hole.
:-)
I4 wears his tie extra long to cover up for him pissing his pants all the damn time.
Good game by the Badgers.
Crean is a talented speed walker.

Yeah. It seemed so unlike him to speed past Bo Ryan after the game. He usually is more aware of the camera. I swear he crossed the screen in a 1/4 of a second.
He must of had to pee...
Jag Wad is now 3-13 against Bo Ryan.
Chicos favorite excoach now that Kevin &*%# O'Neil has been canned got his lucnch handed to him last night by a beer league team none of whom could start for Indiana. What a poor coaching job. Now Chicos if you had been in the film room it would have been different.
I'm not a fan of trolls on this board, but creating a thread to troll a completely non-MU related subject is just pointless.
Wow. The dutchman returns. That is a voice from the past.
Pretty weak showin' for the highest scorin' team in the country.
Woke up this morning feeling great knowing we beat the #2 team in the nation last night. UWGB must be feeling like the best team in the nation now, too.
Contrasting styles made for an interesting game last night. I thought that UW needed to shoot lights out to stay with the much more talented Hoosiers in Bloomington but they won despite only an average shooting night. Bo boys controlled tempo, played off of Farrell (not a good 3 point shooter yet), got up on Hulls (took away the 3, forced him to penetrate where he made several bad decisions) and were physical with Oladipo, Watford and (in the 2nd half at least) Zeller).
Random observations:
1.Great game plan by Bo. He did "take the air out of the ball" a little early though. It let IU back in the game and,but for a lucky buzzer beater by Evans, could have cost Bucky the game. And why a 30% free throw shooter is in the game on offense in the last 1:30 is beyond me.
2.Indiana (correctly but mostly ineffectively) tried to push tempo with defense. On offense, though, they either rushed or just let their guards dribble deep into the shot clock (especially in the 2nd half).
3.IU had 3 chances to foul one of worst free throw shooters in the country with the Badgers in the 1 and 1 late and each time fouled somebody else. Bad on Bo for having him out there, worse on TC and co. For not finding him - totally, incredibly inexcusable.
4.Bo is now 15-3 vs TC. Safe to say he has his number - when Bo has the talent edge, he wins. When he doesn't, he still wins more often than not.
Bo had his bigs attacking the basket off of the dribble last night. I don't remember that being part of the swing, but it was certainly effective. Hulls looked terrible shooting off of the dribble. Zeller was completely dominating early, then Crean just erased him from the offense. IU's base offense was the same 3 man weave with somebody finally deciding to attack the basket or create when they got tire of passing it around out front. IU must feed Zeller. Just sad. Crean still doesn't have a plan-b when plan-a isn't working. I still see a lot of clapping and exhorting his team when things are going poorly.
