I remember SuperMario (his brother) posting that video on the Rivals board.
That family was a joke.
I have distant recall of him giving a blatant two-handed shove to a Louisville player on a defensive free throw in a close game at home in the final minute. He got called for the foul, Louisville either got the ball back or shot more free throws, and we went on to lose. Do I have that correct?
Yes, that is the only time I saw a fouled called on a made free throw.
UL covered the spread with that shove....

What else is someone gonna do? The video and the picture are the entire site!
We have no Great Alaska Shootout tournament championship versus South Carolina without Ammo. If for nothing else we should thank him.

They should put up a banner to commemorate that victory.

Would love to show that video to my kids. Any known link anywhere? Couldn't find on YouTube.

Well if Marquette thought it was worth the opportunity to play in the tournament, it must of been of some value to the University. I am not an Ammo fan, but the year before (2004-2005 season) Marquette had no decent big men on the team. As pittiful as it was, Ammo was about the brightest hope for a serviceable big man.

You have some misplaced love for Amo. Be glad he and Mortensen were dismissed from the team prior to Marquette getting some bad, bad press.

Oh yea, something about online gambling. Guess it blew up when he got to San Diego State. Anyway, he just didn't have the temperment to buy into everything Crean wanted. Just a bad match.
Maybe it's my iOS browser, but Ammo's schedule is blank.
You can credit Ammo for SDSU's surging program.
He was one of the first *impact* transfers to the Aztecs.
