We also struggle when the team we play is a big national brand

Yes. We do tend to win fewer games against the best teams in the country. I'm going to go with the radical theory that it might be because they are some of the best teams in the country (and thus have a national brand). I'll report back after I run the analysis...

Yes, we also struggle against good basketball teams. Because the game we played was basketball.

But footballd drives the bus! So we're all playing football with a weird shaped ball and messed up goalposts.
I hope Vander throws 3 TD passes tomorrow.

Hold onto this for when the new conference negotiates a TV deal.
Is this amateur hour, Madison isn't a good football school.
We struggle mightily against Kentucky.

Pretty sure MU's won three straight over Kentucky.
We just won a HUGE one over Alabama. The JJJ bowl.
We might as well retitle this thread "watch people misinterpret sarcasm when there is no use of teal"

Teal
We didn't lose to Ohio State.
If the theory about how we do against good football teams is true, can't wait till we play the golden dummers.
Nd sucks. Did I mention, ND sucks?
Why won't pigs have sex with a ND alum? There's some things even a pig won't do. ;D

No, we've seen enough of the OP's posts to know he wasn't being sarcastic.
UW-GB must be really good at football.
