Any Marquette tribute plans?
They should hang the towel he gave to manager from the rafters.

I assume a moment of silence before the game on Saturday. That's about it.
The service for Rick is Saturday, 11:30 at Gesu.
The game on Saturday afternoon/evening might be an emotional event with a moment of silence, and some of the attendees who are in town for the service.
The patch and the moment of silence are appropriate for MU. The sweater thing is really an awesome tribute by Utah though. Very cool.

Picked up the details on the service in the obit section of the MJS. Don't know.
Cool gesture by the Utes
Down the line there should be some sort of commerative give away at a game with one of the pictures of Al, Hank, and Rick together.
Very classy and fitting for a one of a kind. Maybe the hotel he resided in will name a suite after him.

Speaking of his hotel suite, Rick had a great story about an NBA All-Star Game weekend incident. There was a knock on his door and when he opened it, a young gorgeous woman was standing there. Seeing Rick opening the door, she said; "You're not Magic!" To which Rick claims to have replied; "Hey, how do you know if you don't give me a try?"

There you go. That picture in my mind created when I first read an account of that event had faded and you had to bring it back.
How do you spell that word you say, it starts out like ugh, but morphs into a long drawn out word/sound that accompanies uncontrollable twitching of various muscles?

I reworded that sentance before posting it, trying to make it not sound like that was what I was describing. Obviously, I didn't change it enough.
