He was sent down to the D-League. Does he still get his NBA salary as long as he is with the Lakers organization, or does he get d-league salary now?

Players under signed contract do not get paid d-league salary since they are guareented money thru parent team.
BTW, DJO third in league in scoring at 27 ppg.
He played 44+ minutes last night and scored 24 points . ran the point at times as well.

Good to hear. He needs to deliver the goods down there. What about other aspects of his game as the Lakers won't be looking for him to score. Not part of The Selfish One's agenda...Kobe Beef doesn't share.

Jerel was a big scorer in the D-League, too.
It's very difficult to make that translate to the NBA, especially for undersized 2-guards. They really are a dime-a-dozen.
I don't give DJO a chance for much of an NBA career, but he certainly can make decent money for a decade or more overseas.
