BOBBY KNIGHT IS EVIL AND MUST BE DESTROYED!!
Might as well start pregame early!!! I can't wait to see us hang Bobby with his first L of the season.
Or just slapped in the face, or kicked in the knee, or assaulted by a Puerto Rican policeman, or thrown across the floor to get the official's attention or forced to zone. Tough game on a neutral site. If you overplay against a Knight team, you are going to get smoked. Stupid ESPNU.
Texas Tech held off North Dakota St. at home, 85-81. That should definately give us some confidence going into the game Monday.
Im definitly a fan of the picture they put of Bobby up there... it cracked me up the first time I saw that.... yeeeehaw
I want payback for the last time we played him in the 1986 NIT at Indiana. It might have meant Rick Majerus getting some confidence and us moving on as a program. Unfortunately, Bobby bullied the refs and we couldn't get a call down the stretch. I can still still remember the dorm room at West Hall where we also watched Jack Nicklaus win the 86 Masters.BOBBY KNIGHT IS EVIL AND MUST BE DESTROYED!![/b]
So when Knight gets the refs to call the game his way, he's a bully, but McGuire was colorful for doing the same thing?
I'm not a Knight fan, just pointing it out.
I was at that game in '86 in Bloomington. Going in I just wanted a good game between my two schools. After double OT I thought I got my money's worth.
What I remember most is Majerus on the sidelines. I was pretty sure he was going to have a heart attack. His light blue button down was a complete royal blue from sweat by the end of the game, and he had to be restrained on several occasions by assistant coaches from going too far onto the court or crossing the center line. (The coach's box meant nothing to him that night!)

Al had some class. Knight is just a loud-mouthed horse's arse! :)
Didn't we finish that game in '86 with four players on the floor?
