I got some high hope for Trent, not expecting him to be a prolific scorer or an all-star player, but to provide leadership, rebounding and strong defense. Not to mention be a respectable scoring threat.

He couldn't be. For the last two years, almost every Arizona State opponent's defensive game plan started with denying Lockett the ball. Offensively, Lockett was Arizona State's top offensive threat for the last two years.
