Has this game been discussed? What's this about?
It's on February 16th, meaning:
Wade will be in Houston for the All-Star game practice.
Novak will be in Houston for the Shooting Stars competition.
Townsend will be in McCormick chasing blondes around. Wait, he has a game at Western Michigan.
Travis & Drake Diener (did not know they were on the same team) will be playing Umana Venezia in Italy on the 17th.
Scott Merritt is... alive? ALIVE! And playing ball in Kuwait per his 'Stache!
Karon Bradley wouldn't come back.
Joe Chapman has a game versus the UCP MARJON PLYMOUTH RAIDERS on the 17th.
Terry Sanders will have to get someone to man his juice stand, but should be in attendance.
Chris Grimm lives in Milwaukee apparently. Hopefully he doesn't offer Terry to cover the juice stand on this day. Chris also recently 'Liked' Indiana Basketball on Facebook. I expect outrage from KenoshaWarrior.
Robert Jackson will be following Wade around in Houston.
Crean has a game against Purdue.
So best attendance would be Scott Merritt, Terry Sanders, Chris Grimm, Andy Freund, Tony Gries, and Jared Sichting.
I believe my main man Scott Merritt is playing ball in Kuwait.

Nice! Edited the post.
I have no problem with him Liking Indian Basketball. For christ sakes he is Chris Grimm and no recruit cares who Chris Grimm likes.
When Wade does it though, it matters!!!

It's now known as Bird Basketball around here.

Once it starts attracting the athletes that gravitate toward cricket and field hockey, Indian basketball will TAKE OFF!!! MARK MY WORDS!!!
RJax was wandering aroud at Madness for what it's worth.

Hang on a sec... are we talking subcontinent, Native American, or Canadian here?

RJax is at most games - at least it seems that way.
On the flipside of the poor planning PTM outlined, it's at least amusing that we'd commemmorate the Final Four appearance against Pitt--whom we not only beat on our path in '03, but also is a program that couldn't Final Four its way out of a wet paper bag (probably not an actual saying).

Cricket and Field Hockey were the clues to lead you to subcontinent.

Plus, I would never be so politically incorrect to refer to Native Americans as "Indians."

I've heard that we used to have an Indian mascot of some sort a long, long time ago.
Is that true?
If so, someone should start a topic so that we could discuss it.
Forget the team attendees...
Are we going to raise another commemorative banner?
Bump.
Lets get a predicition going:
Over/Under 5 players from the 2003 Team in attendance today. Go!
Tommy Brice, Robert Jackson, Scott Merrit, Todd Townsend, Terry Sanders for sure but a lot of questions on everybody else. I'll take the over with a surprise appearance by the Grimm reaper
I've always thought these things were kind of stupid anyway. If you want to do it 20-25 years later, ok I guess, but 10 years? Does anybody really care? Pretty sure I will spend half time in the hall as I typically do.

Tommy Brice was far removed from the Final Four.

Merritt is in Asia. Townsend is coaching NIU this evening.
Jackson and Sanders are local, and I believe Grimm is back as well.

Sichting.
I'm just curious, why do you think Bradley wouldn't come back? I know he transferred, but he was still part of the team. I would hope he is invited.
