Right now it looks like the worst one in the last 3 years...if that is the actual music it will be a pretty lame video. Hopefully they surprise me, but showing a basketball going around campus was a pretty weak idea. Larry and Pilarz probably edited it.

They didn't edit it, but I heard they were involved.
I saw a quick sneak peek at the ending. Larry and Pilarz are standing atop Carpenter Hall, they reveal that the basketball contains a dirty bomb. Pilarz chucks it off the roof and it blows up The Al. Then both Larry and Pilarz start belting out loud Sideshow Bob laughs as the screen fades to black.
Here is the link. I like it.

Its just a teaser for marquette madness, its not like the actual video for the season will be like this...right?
Ugh, if this is the video, we might as well kiss the Sweet 16 goodbye.

Agreed. Hello NIT!
Wrong song folks.

should have used it while its hot.
Though I'm not sure... it probably would sound like donkey balls over the speakers at the BMO.
The video has a very mid 90s look. Will the team emulate mid 90s MU performance?
I'm surprised you guys didn't go on 40 or 50 pages emphasizing that our basketball players have backpacks they actually carry to class. My goodness, it can't be true that Chris has ever been in Cudahy.
Let the Fr.P/LW bashing continue.
This looks EXACTLY like SLU's Madness video from last season.
Who cares. I will say that last year's video was pretty awesome.
They have released a little more of the entrance video. To see it go to the same link higher up in this thread.
Oh and Where the Streets Have No Name is playing in it.
I personally like the full video. I think it does an excellent job of demonstrating that the members of our team are real guys/students that have real lives on campus doing all the normal things that students do every day who can magically morph into high D1 NCAA players prepared to take on all challengers. I imagine in the final BC rendition, the segment will conclude with a series a exciting game footage clips. Can't wait for the season.

I think it is shameful. It enforces racial stereotypes. Jake misses the wastebasket with his crumpled-up paper and Juan has nothing but net.
It was Garrett with the miss. All Traditionals look the same so you have an excuse.

You have it reversed. The traditionals are the shooters. If it was racial stereotyping the traditional would've had nothing but net while Juan dunks it. It's anti-stereotyping.

I like at the end when they walk towards the camera and the location and player changes.

They do not do the normal things students do every day. You don't see these guys in the library, you see them in a private dining room in the AMU, you don't see them at the brew. There is no magical transformation from the NORMAL Marquette students day to the court. They are on the court significantly more than in the classroom.
