Yesterday on the Mac and Speigel show in Chicago, Notre Dame radio analyst Allen Pinkett said that he likes having criminals on a team as it makes them more successful. Speigel tried to give him several outs to change his statement but he didn't wavier.
You can read about and listen to the interview at the link below.
Insert Larry Williams/Notre Dame way joke here.

He defined criminals as guys who get in bar fights, who get drinking tickets, etc.
I guess it's too bad our players weren't drinking when they got the tickets for being in a bar.
Don't exaggerate, the man has standards as he made clear; "I don't want any mass murders or rapists," Pinkett said.
"...but the coach has to be the dictator and ultimate ruler."
I can hear Kelly now; "You get one murder, and that's it."
Unfortunately, lying by assistant coaches wasn't addressed.
Just another pathetic attempt to insert ND football into the national conversation. Clearly, they don't win enough to be relevant, so let's try a "controversy" like this. Who cares...enjoy the Pinstripe Bowl this year.
Now I get it ... LW wants Buzz out so he can go to ND, and fit right in.
Maybe we can swap for Mike Brey.
This way we can be SLU and ND can be MU.
I'm shocked LW deigned to even dress, let alone play with all those criminals at ND. Maybe he hoped his presence would "make them better".
