are going to let Syracuse and Pitt ruff up their boys? I dont!
a friends son is home for the summer and goes to UNC, and he says the general feeling there is they are going to have to play basketball not thugball?
If Cincinnati were the team moving to the ACC, I could see the reason for the comment, but Pitt and Syracuse both just play tough, physical basketball.

Cuse zone negates their physicality but well known that Pitt is amongst the worst fouling defenses in the NCAA. Much more so during Howland and early Dixon years but the mindset is still the same.
FWIW, the belief is out there that Marquette is much the same as Pitt but does it more with quickness rather than brute strength.

I got no problem with that. Desire and quickness
are defense.
