That breaks Shawn Kemp's streak, no?
It's kind of funny George Forman is a previous Nat'l Father of the year since all his kids are named George, can't even be original w/ naming them. I heard about this honor last week on the radio and thought it was almost a joke...but at the same time, good for D-Wade, from the picture of his kid's room that was in a thread earlier this year, I'd say he's being a pretty giving daddy at least.
Previous Fathers of the Year from the world of sports have included Mel Ott, Mickey Mantle, George Foreman, Patrick Ewing, Andy Pettitte, Jim Kelly, Joe Frazier and Boomer Esiason.
Esteemed company!
But Foreman? What credit did he get: naming his kids George I, II, III, IV,...?
Joe Frazier?!? Was he that great of a dad?

Actually, I find it VERY original that he named all his kids George.
Joe Frazier? He wound up suing one of his offspring for allegedly ripping him off.
I thought Wilt Chamberlain won once or is did he win most kids' Dad?????????
Actually, Wilt probably could have won, but he always pulled out of the competition at the last minute.
