Only reason: The weaker East.

But that would be a bad move for Kobe: Philly fans are worse than LA fans - they are actually KNOWLEDGEABLE about basketball!!!

Philly fans booed the crap out of him when he won the All-Star MVP in his home town. He was near tears.

Oh, I'm sure he'd just love to be a second coming in Chicago...think Phil will make a return to Chicago as well since he almost talked Kobe into staying w/ the Lakers??
